Turn your bathroom into a home spa

The weather in London is starting to get colder and the spring we’re all hoping for feels far away at the moment.. All we really want to do is stay in bed and wait for May to come, but since that’s not really an option we’ve decided to spend the best part of January and February in our bathroom! Who doesn’t dream of a spa day right now, and it needn’t cost a fortune, you can do it at home yourself! This week’s mood board gives you all the inspiration you need to create your own home spa.

Our favourite ingredient to a home spa is to fill the bathroom with a lot of candles, scent diffusers and flowers, which helps you get into a relaxing mood. Having a bathtub is a plus for a home spa, treat yourself to an hour long bubble bath and just relax. If you don’t have a bathtub a shower can be just as relaxing just switch the bubble bath to a shower gel that you like. After the bath/shower simply put on your comfiest slippers and wrap a towel around you (having your own initials on the towel adds an extra luxurious feeling, which you won’t get in a spa!). Then just sit back and relax while drinking a cup of mint tea.
