Burger places have started to pop up all over London lately, which can only mean one thing really… Londoners are crazy about their burgers! That’s why we have decided to dedicate this week’s #WheretheActionis to listing the best burger places in London. Take a break from house viewings, packing boxes and writing your ‘we have moved’ cards, and go out and grab a burger. Here is our list of the top 5 burger places in London.
Patty & Bun – Mayfair
With a queue like that, the burger can’t be anything but amazing. Patty and Bun have become famous for their brioche bun, homemade Smokey mayo and those irresistible chips with rosemary salt. The only negative is the hour you might have to spend in the queue, especially during this time of year, so try to get here a little bit earlier than your normal dinner time or later than your usual lunch!

Honest Burger – Brixton, Soho, Camden & Portobello
Honest Burger has grown quickly since 2011 and now serves burgers in four different locations, lucky us! As you might guess from their name, Honest Burgers produces burgers from great British produce with high quality meat. And that’s why having a burger here doesn’t get on your bad conscience.

Meatliquor – Marylebone
Meatliquor is by far the coolest burger place in London. The atmosphere inside this place makes you feel like you’re part of the cool kids group, it’s dark and loud and smells of their amazing burgers. The queue outside is usually pretty long as well, but this only adds to the special feeling of when you finally get to go inside. However if you are bringing kids here note that they only allow under 16 year olds before 6pm.

Burger and Lobster – Mayfair, Soho, Farringdon, City & Knightsbridge
Are you one of those who love burgers but gets shivers up your spine just by the thought of sitting down in a burger joint? Then Burger and Lobster is definitely the place for you! At Burger and Lobster you even get your burger served on a plate, something which has become increasingly uncommon in most London burger places.

Shake Shack – Covent Garden
The burger placed loved by Americans has finally arrived in the UK. We haven’t made it here yet but from what we’ve heard the chips (or fries as they call it) with cheddar cheese are apparently to die for. This will definitely be high on the ‘to do’ list next time we’re in Covent Garden!
